While away in New York, USA shooting a wedding we found ourselves in a bar watching England play in the World Cup. We struck up a conversation with a fellow brit sat next to us. Phil explained he was due to tie the knot with his lovely fiancé, Alice the following April. Talk soon turned to an actual wedding booking with them a couple of months later and we were soon planning our trip from Yorkshire to Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire to shoot their wedding photography……….
Joanne & Mark really were the perfect bride and groom and probably the most laid back bride and groom ever. With their three lovely little boys running all over the place having the time of their life, Mark & Joanne’s day was a blast. The Crown Hotel at Bawtry was the perfect wedding photography location and a first for us shooting there too. The beautiful hidden garden held entertainment for their guests while the late evening reception went off with a bang. We’d love to say a big congratulations to you both and thank you for being ace with us all day……
We really did have the best day with Gemma & Patrick. From the start we were made to feel so welcome by there family, friends and bridesmaids & groomsmen. The weather was ace so everything went to plan. As always the staff at Hellaby were fantastic making an already special day even more amazing. We loved every moment of shooting Gemma & Patricks wedding and a massive congratulations to you both……….
Switching the north in place of an overseas destination, Steve and Keeley, left their Halifax home behind and headed across the pond to exchange their vows US style in the most iconic of American cities. From the getting-ready pictures against an unmistakeable backdrop of towering New York skyscrapers, to the bridesmaid dresses featuring the New York skyline on the skirt, everything about this wedding screams the Big Apple………………….
From the first moment we met a year ago we knew this was going to be one amazing wedding. Josie and Bruce knew exactly what they wanted from their wedding day and were prepared to put in the hard work to make it fantastic......and they certainly pulled it off………….
