Erin & Jason's Whitley Hall, Sheffield Wedding Photography Blog.

Well its the first blog of 2017 and its a beauty.

From the moment of our first meeting through to Erin & Jason's pre-wedding shoot we knew their wedding day was going to be great. A great laid back couple who put the trust in our hands to get them some amazing shots for their day.

We started the bridal preps at Erin's parents house and were met with a warm welcome by all {and a cup of tea} and it was also great to see Sarah & Kirsty, Erin's wedding make-up and hair stylists. The mood was calm but exciting as the bridesmaids and Erin's mum kept Erin's mind occupied through the morning. The lighting outside was soft as it was quite foggy and chilly but gave some fantastic light coming through a large bedroom window. Once we'd made sure we had everything we needed it was time to head over to Whitley Hall to catch up with Jason and his guys.

We arrived and spotted Jason straight away talking with one of his wedding guests. He was in a great mood an no nerves were showing at this moment. We gathered in the garden at the back to get a few shots of the men then waited for the arrival of the bride. Once Erin arrived we were all ushered into the ceremony room to wait for the big event.

As Erin walked down the ceremony room, Jason was already looking back to get his first sight of his wife to be and a big smile came across his face. The ceremony was fantastic with big grins and smiles all around.

After, we left for the gardens to get some family shots and the all important special wedding photography shots of the bride and groom in the beautiful grounds. Although the day was slightly foggy and overcast this gave for some beautiful even lighting which we used to our advantage.

We made sure after their wedding breakfast we were there for the all important speeches which were heartfelt and hilarious at the same time. During this time we also edited a few shots for their evening slideshow which went down a treat.

The rest of the evening went perfect, just how Erin and Jason wanted.

We both want to say a massive thank you to Erin, Jason and their family and friends for making us feel so welcome throughout the day.

Big Congratulations!!!

Nick & Nic xx
