Natalie & Dan's Owen House Wedding Barn, Cheshire, Wedding Photography Blog.

From what had been a long time in the planning, Natalie & Dan's big day was finally here. It seems such a long time ago since Natalie & Dan came to our Elsecar studio and booked with us. From the start they were and have been fantastic to work with, sharing their ideas and keeping us up to date with new developments.

The day had arrived and Natalie & Dan had very kindly booked us a hotel room for the night before as we had an early start so didn't like to risk the travel over. We arrived at Natalie's mums house to smiles and excitement. Natalie's bridesmaids were having their hair and make-up done as we were shown to the most amazing room for some detail shots of the dress and shoes.

After getting all the images we needed we had to shoot straight over to the Owen House Wedding Barn to meet with Dan and his best men which was around 20 minutes away.

We first met with Dan who was just about ready with 3 shots of Japanese whisky to start the days celebrations and his gift of a pocket watch each for his best men. This was our first meeting with his groomsmen but we knew they would be ace and willing to help us through the day.

As guests were being ushered into the barn ceremony room, Natalie wasn't far behind in the most beautiful car flanked by her girls, mum and dad.

The ceremony was fantastic and also was followed by a blessing before we all gathered in a back quirky undercover barn for their group shots. Until this point the weather had been pretty bad with rain most of the day but the clouds started to clear and made way for some amazing sun shots which Natalie & Dan were total naturals.

After their wedding breakfast and speeches the rest of the evening followed with more fun, a pizza cart, hotdog caravan and an amazing band who got everyone dancing.

We just want to say what a fantastic day we had and again how brilliant their friends and family were with us.

Massive congratulations to you both.
