An Urban Manchester City Centre Wedding
This hidden gem of a hotel in Manchester city centre was the perfect setting for Gatty & Dean’s wedding. Having never shot at the Great John Street Hotel before we made the trip down the night before to scout out the area and suss out all the best areas for shooting. This hotel really has all the attention to detail and luxury you’d ever want.
The next morning we met with Gatty in the most gorgeous of rooms as she prepared for the day ahead. In such great spirits and so welcoming to us both we had the beautiful backdrop of the hotel room to shoot the dress, details and hair & makeup preps.
Not before long, Dean arrived with his groomsmen and we headed off outside to take in the many surrounding areas we could use for their shots before heading back to prepare for the ceremony. This obviously went perfectly with all their guests present and also followed a Chinese tea ceremony.
The rest of the day was fantastic with Gatty & Dean more than happy to scout further afield round the hotel to create some stunning wedding photography for them both and much more fun followed later.
