It’s always a pleasure to shoot at a venue that we’ve never shot at before and even more of a pleasure to be shooting two amazing peoples wedding there too. Even thought this was one windy day nothing could stop the smiles coming from Charlotte & Simon on what was to be an ace day…………..
As we’d never shot here before it was great for Jess & Matt’s date to finally come around. Really looking forward to meeting with the excited couple we drove to Derbyshire to get the day started……….
As always with our Bride & Grooms, Rebecca & Keiron were nothing short of epic. From our initial meeting through to the pre-wedding shoot and wedding day everything was ace……..
While away in New York, USA shooting a wedding we found ourselves in a bar watching England play in the World Cup. We struck up a conversation with a fellow brit sat next to us. Phil explained he was due to tie the knot with his lovely fiancé, Alice the following April. Talk soon turned to an actual wedding booking with them a couple of months later and we were soon planning our trip from Yorkshire to Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire to shoot their wedding photography……….
Yeah, we'd been waiting for this one for a while. What an opportunity we had been given to be shooting a wedding in the big smoke!
So it was Lisa & Rob's big day and so much had been planned. We were both well excited for this one as we had travelled down to London for their pre-wedding shoot in late 2016 and had an amazing time as well as getting some great shots.....................................................
This is the fantastic wedding of Natalie & Gary at Ringwood Hall, Chesterfield, Derbyshire. What more could you ask for than an outdoor ceremony and two very special people who were willing to do anything to get the perfect shot.
This was certainly a wedding we had been getting excited for and had been booked for a long time. It was great as we have already shot Lisa's brothers wedding the year before and had such a great time with two fantastic people so we knew if that was anything to go by then we were in for a treat...............................
Its always great to meet up with our bride and grooms to be before their big day to shoot their pre-wedding images. This is such a vital part of what our bride and grooms will receive with their full day package from us. We say this because they might have booked with us 2 years previously so a meeting to discuss more about their wedding day a few months before their date is a must!
So todays blog is going to be a little bit different. Its all about the reviews and testimonials we receive from our amazing bride and groom from who we have shots their wedding photography. The majority of our wedding bookings come directly from past weddings which is fantastic but for the couples who land on our website or wedding photography blog, they want to see what others have had to say about us. This should hopefully leave them feeling more than satisfied that they will be left in good hands when booking with us.
So the title of this blog is pretty self explanatory. It's all about fun. We seem to see so many shots recently which take on the moody and romantic side of wedding photography which is totally ace and we certainly post these type of shots on our various social media and website but lets just for a moment bring a few smiling happy faces to our blog to cheer up the week. …………….
