Claire and Richard's wedding at the Pheasantry Brewery, Newark

December last year saw us shooting Richard & Claire’s wedding celebrations at the Pheasantry Brewery near Newark. Although they had married the previous week in an intimate ceremony, this was a chance to mark the occasion with family and friends.

The brewery, a slightly hidden building among the fields and trees, was the perfect wedding venue. They held their evening meal in the teepee in the back garden, with around 50 guests kept warm by the fireplace inside.

The dark winter evening made for some amazing shots, with the mood of the sky and the remote location of the Pheasantry Brewery. A band of rain headed over, producing a dramatic skyline.
