Who we are. Photogenick Ltd (company no. 10833461), trading as Photogenick Photography, registered office 47 Bradgate Court, Rotherham, S61 1QG. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website. Contact: info@photogenick.co.uk.

What we collect and why

Enquiries and requests. When you send a request or contact us we collect your name, email address, phone number, wedding or event date, venue and anything you tell us in your message. We use this to reply, check availability, send quotes and, if you book, deliver your photography. Lawful basis: taking steps at your request before entering a contract, then performance of that contract.

Bookings. If you book we also hold the details needed to deliver your wedding photography (timings, addresses, key people) and payment records. We keep booking records for seven years for accounting and legal reasons.

Website analytics. This site does not currently use advertising cookies. If we add privacy-friendly analytics we will say so here.

Spam protection. Our request form may use Cloudflare Turnstile to block bots. Turnstile processes limited technical data under Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

Your photographs

Copyright in all photographs remains with Nick & Nic Prescott-White / Photogenick Ltd. We may feature images from your wedding on this website, in our blog and on social media to show our work, unless you ask us not to — just tell us before or after the day and we will respect it. Galleries are shared with you via password-protected links.

Who we share data with

Only with the services we need to run the business: our email and gallery providers, our album printer (GraphiStudio, for album orders), and our website hosts (KLYK Digital). We never sell your data.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the data we hold, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email info@photogenick.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
