Kirsty and Arron's wedding at Carlton Park Hotel, Rotherham

We had been looking forward to shooting Kirsty and Arron’s wedding at the Carlton Park Hotel in Rotherham ever since they booked us to be their photographers. We had previously met at another wedding where Kirsty and Arron were guests. What a fabulous, warm and friendly couple!

The day of the wedding arrived, and we met Kirsty at the venue, the Carlton Park Hotel, to start the bridal preps. Everyone was so welcoming as we started one of our favourite parts of the day!

We later met Arron and the groomsmen and braved the heavy showers to get some great shots outside the hotel. Everyone was in good spirits, and remember: rain on your wedding day is good luck!

As the ceremony approached, the guests took their seats and we all waited for the bride to arrive. Kirsty looked beautiful, and her dress suited her perfectly.

Portraits at Boston Castle

The rain was kind and let us head outside for the group shots after the ceremony. We also headed to Boston Castle in Rotherham to get some stunning shots of the new Mr & Mrs.

As the bride and groom enjoyed their wedding breakfast, we sat down to edit a selection of images for our evening slideshow.

The evening reception was great, with plenty of dancing and laughing. After capturing the first dance, we headed home, leaving the bride and groom to party!
