Natalie and Dan's wedding at Owen House Wedding Barn, Cheshire

After a long time in the planning, Natalie & Dan’s big day at Owen House Wedding Barn in Cheshire was finally here. It seems such a long time ago that Natalie & Dan first met us and booked. From the start they were fantastic to work with, sharing their ideas and keeping us up to date with new developments.

The day had arrived, and Natalie & Dan had very kindly booked us a hotel room for the night before, as we had an early start and didn’t want to risk the journey over on the day. We arrived at Natalie’s mum’s house to smiles and excitement. Natalie’s bridesmaids were having their hair and make-up done as we were shown to the most amazing room for some detail shots of the dress and shoes.

Once we had all the images we needed, we had to shoot straight over to Owen House Wedding Barn, around 20 minutes away, to meet Dan and his best men.

Dan was just about ready, with three shots of Japanese whisky to start the day’s celebrations and a pocket watch for each of his best men as a gift. This was our first meeting with his groomsmen, but we knew they would be ace and willing to help us through the day.

As guests were being ushered into the barn ceremony room, Natalie wasn’t far behind, arriving in the most beautiful car, flanked by her girls and her mum and dad.

The ceremony was fantastic and was followed by a blessing, before we all gathered in a quirky undercover barn at the back for the group shots. Until this point the weather had been pretty bad, with rain most of the day, but the clouds started to clear and made way for some amazing sunny shots, at which Natalie & Dan were total naturals.

After their wedding breakfast and speeches, the rest of the evening brought more fun, a pizza cart, a hot dog caravan and an amazing band who got everyone dancing.

We just want to say what a fantastic day we had, and again how brilliant their friends and family were with us.
