Sarah and Andy's wedding at Ecclesfield Church and Wortley Hall

The lovely Sarah & Andy booked us well in advance (it seems ages ago). We decided on Wortley Hall for their pre-wedding shoot, as it was also to be the venue for their wedding breakfast and reception, although they were to be married at Ecclesfield Church.

We arrived at Sarah’s bridal preps to a full house and smiles all round. Everyone welcomed us in, and we instantly knew it was going to be a great day. With everyone getting on with their preps, we caught up on our dress detail shots and candid shooting.

Ecclesfield Church

After a couple of hours it was time for us to leave and meet Andy and his guys at Ecclesfield Church.

Again, Andy and his groomsmen were so accommodating, and straight away we nipped round the side of the church for a few shots. We could see Sarah’s bridesmaids arriving in the distance as all the wedding guests started to go into the church.

When Sarah arrived, she looked fantastic, and the classic car they had chosen was amazing. Everything was going swimmingly until Sarah got out of the car and remembered she hadn’t picked up her bouquet! Luckily their house was just round the corner, so the driver nipped back with a bridesmaid.

After a small hiccup, we all went into the church for a great ceremony with plenty of laughs and fun.

After the ceremony we managed to get a few of our personal favourite shots around the church, as well as a walk-through confetti shot.

Wortley Hall

We arranged to meet up at Wortley Hall and have a walk round the grounds to capture some cracking shots of them both in what is a fantastic setting.

After some cracking speeches and some time to relax, the night livened up with their first dance and partying.

We would like to thank Sarah & Andy for being fantastic with us before, during and after their wedding day, and we wish them both all the best.
