Win and Mark's wedding at The Rutland Hotel, Sheffield

We woke bright and early on Saturday morning to sunny skies and no sign of rain! What a fantastic start for today’s wedding with Mark and Win at The Rutland Hotel in Sheffield, South Yorkshire.

We had both been looking forward to today, as the bride and groom are fantastic and very welcoming.

We arrived at The Rutland to be greeted by Win, our lovely bride, with her fantastic smile and jolly, enthusiastic welcome.

We headed up to the bridal suite, where we shot all the detail shots in a very calm and relaxed environment. This was a sign of the day to come: such a chilled-out bride and groom!

As the ceremony approached, the guests arrived and filled the venue with smiles aplenty. The service was lovely, and it was a pleasure to photograph such a fantastic occasion.

The Rutland Hotel and the Botanical Gardens

We were lucky enough to shoot all the requested group shots outside at The Rutland, in its lovely, well-kept garden. We couldn’t resist a walk to the Botanical Gardens in Sheffield to get some extra special shots of the bridal party and the bride and groom.

We headed back to The Rutland so the bride and groom could relax with their loved ones, while we planned some more special shots for later!

We spent more time in the beautiful grounds of the Rutland Hotel to finish off our already stunning selection of personal shots, followed by the cutting of the cake and the first dance.
